Jess hair question?????

Last night DD decided to take out Jess's hair and play with it, after she was done she asked me to put her hair back in the braids , while doing this I noticed OUR Jess has lots of short hairs inbetween her long hairs starting right near the top of her hair near her part... It appears there is a long layer of hair and underneath that is a shorter layer.. Im not sure if I am explaining this right but could people with Jess check out there doll and tell me if this is normal?? It kinda looks weird and it was hard to hid them when putting her hair back in braids.. Please look at your Jess and let me know otherwise she may have to go back [img]frown.gif[/img]

I don't have a Jess yet but our other dolls have the short hairs throughout their wigs. It's to keep the wig cap from showing when you put their hair up in different styles. I know that the Kailey doll doesn't have this and her hair cannot be styled in many ways so I prefer the dolls that have this. Hope this helps! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Molly and Kirsten both have this. My sister's Addy doesn't and when you braid her hair in pigtails the wig cap shows in the back. It sounds like they really thought Jess out [img]smile.gif[/img] .

Thanks guys , it just looked kinda weird because is some areas they were sort of sticking out it was hard to hide them... Im glad its normal tho... I appreciate your help!!!

My Jess has short hairs too. A lot of the dolls are like that so I wouldn't send her back.
